Why hire a wedding planner?

From a photographer’s perspective, and based on real-life practice and experience, having an experienced wedding planner at the weddings we shoot has always been an absolutely positive experience. Planning a destination wedding in Costa Rica requires a lot of work, as it involves many moving parts. A wedding planner is extremely comforting on an emotional level and invaluable on a logistical level. A wedding planner brings order, stability, and action when things need to be adjusted or made custom to fit the situation. Even for elopements and small events, help is always welcome when the task is unfamiliar. You don’t need to know everything to get married in Costa Rica, but it’s certainly nice to walk alongside someone who does, or who can provide answers when needed.
